Terrible customer service. I booked two rooms (one for myself and one for my mother) and they would not give us an elevator key that allowed us to go from floor to floor. That was after I asked for a room on the same floor (if they couldn’t get a key that allows us to go back and forth between rooms, they should have given us a room on the same floor then). Also, the breakfast sucks (especially considering the price). The eggs were cold, few options to choose and cake was dry. There were no plates at the buffet and we had to ask them to replenish (the lady told us it was because they had a large group party the previous day as if that was an excuse). The location is not too bad (close enough to downtown) but you are better off staying at a hotel downtown near all the nice restaurants and what the city has to offer.
